An Asheville favorite, Hillman started in 2017 in the Biltmore Village neighborhood. Quickly outgrowing their roots, they became the first brewery to open in Old Fort. Their beautiful location along the headwaters of the Catawba River has created a wonderful experience for guests, but their quality and drinkable beer has kept people coming back.
